Made reservations for two nights 6 weeks prior to our honeymoon and paid via personal check (credit cards not accepted). Forced to cancel 3 weeks later when I broke my foot. No idea whether our 3 week hold on those nights prevented a sale, but told I had no possibility of rescheduling and that I would receive no refund if they could not rebook - which they eventually couldn't. Told I should ignore doctor's order and attend regardless. They kept $668 for two unattended nights. Impersonal service and red tape is something I expect from a corporate resort, not a luxury Mom and Pop B&B with 3 rooms. Certainly don't recommend the place.
